Shipping

The company declines all responsibility for any delays not attributable to it or issues related to customs regulations in the country of delivery. Payment

Warranties and responsibilities

All goods sold outside of Italy may be subject to local taxes or different customs regulations. GIANNI DEL PRETE is not responsible for any customs duties applied by the receiving country. For any information regarding any such impediments, please contact the customs authorities of the receiving country. All products are accompanied by a valid invoice. A virtual copy of the invoice can be sent in advance upon request at the time of payment. Some products in the catalog may not be available in specific countries due to local restrictions. Right of withdrawal in reference to Legislative Decree 206 of 2005

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return or request an exchange.

Change Size, Color or Model

Changing size, color, or model is free.

  • We'll send you the return label and ship you the new size/style at no additional cost.

Reimbursement

  • If you prefer a refund, returns are always possible.
  • In this case, the cost of the return shipment is at your expense and will be deducted from the refund, a fixed amount of 8.00 euros.
  • or you can take care of the shipping yourself at no additional cost.

Voucher

  • As an alternative to a refund, you can choose a credit to use on the site, equal to the value of your purchase.
  • With this option, returns are free and we'll immediately send you a code you can use for your next orders.

Return shipping methods

You have two options:
