In compliance with current regulations and with particular reference to Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 (Privacy Code).

Gianni Del Prete informs you that the data provided through the use of the shop may be subject to processing, always and in any case, in compliance with the aforementioned legal obligations. Data refers to all personal or corporate information collected while browsing the shop.

Data Controller

The Data Controller is Gianni Del Prete, in the person of the legal representative of the company GIADEL S.R.L., who is committed to ensuring the protection of your privacy. Your information will be used exclusively for the requested transactions and for any national and international legal reporting obligations related to commerce.

Purposes of the Processing

The collected data, processed lawfully and fairly, will be used by Gianni Del Prete, subject to your consent, solely and exclusively for the purposes described below:

We remind you that your data will under no circumstances be transferred to third parties unrelated to the commercial relationships stipulated with Gianni Del Prete. We also remind you that registration on the shop constitutes proof of acceptance of these rules and our Terms of Service. Gianni Del Prete notes that the responsibility for the truthfulness of the communicated data remains with the customer.

The provided data may be communicated for the purposes described above to:

We remind you that the site is protected by adequate security systems to block access to confidential information by unauthorized persons.

Rights of the Interested Party

Gianni Del Prete, in full compliance with the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Privacy Code, informs you that the user has the right:

  • To know of the existence of personal data concerning them, which must be made available to them in an intelligible form.

  • To know the origin of the data concerning them.

  • To know the purposes and methods of processing.

  • To know the logic applied in case of processing carried out with electronic instruments.

  • To know the details of the Data Controller and the Data Processors.

  • To know the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated.

  • To the updating, rectification, or integration of personal data concerning them.

  • To the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of personal data concerning them whose processing was not properly authorized.

  • To oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data even if pertinent to the purpose of collection.

  • To oppose the processing of data intended for the sending of advertising material or for commercial information purposes.

To exercise the rights referred to in Article 7 of the Privacy Code summarized above, the customer may contact Gianni Del Prete according to the methods provided by Article 9 of the same code, preferably by registered letter with return receipt (raccomandata A/R).
