RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Right of Withdrawal Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and European Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without the obligation to provide any reasons.

Conditions for Return Eligibility To be accepted, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when it was received;

  • Not have been worn or used outdoors;

  • Be complete with tags and original packaging;

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.

Size, Color, or Model Exchange (Italy) Exchanges are free of charge. We will:

  • Organize the pickup via our courier;

  • Ship the new item at no additional cost.

Refunds In the event of a refund request:

  • You can use our courier at a fixed cost of €8.00, which will be deducted from the refunded amount;

  • Alternatively, you can independently ship the return with a courier of your choice.

After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Crediting times may vary depending on your bank or card network.

Vouchers As an alternative to a refund, the customer may voluntarily choose a store credit voucher equal to the purchase value. With this option:

  • The return is completely free;

  • A code is sent to you to be used for future purchases. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

Damages or Order Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you encounter:

  • A defective item;

  • A damaged product;

  • An incorrect item. We will quickly evaluate the situation to offer you an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order products;

  • Sealed goods opened after delivery for hygiene reasons;

  • Gift cards.

Returns during Sales or Promotional Periods During sales periods, special promotions, or extraordinary sales expressly indicated on the site, returns are always possible within the terms of this policy. For items purchased on sale, monetary refunds are not provided. The customer may exclusively choose between:

  • Product exchange for another available item;

  • Issuance of a voucher of equal value, usable for a subsequent purchase on the site.

The voucher:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Does not entitle the holder to a monetary refund.

These conditions apply exclusively to items marked as belonging to a sale or promotional period at the time of purchase.

International – European Union Returns

  • The customer independently organizes and pays for the return shipping.

  • Only the price of the product will be refunded.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • After verifying the returned item, the new item will be shipped free of charge.

EU Shipping

  • Free for orders equal to or greater than €300.

Returns during Sales or Promotional Periods During sales or promotions, the right of withdrawal provided by current legislation remains guaranteed. The customer can choose between:

  • A refund according to the methods indicated;

  • A product exchange;

  • The voluntary issuance of a voucher.
