Products and Orders

All products sold through the site are subject to availability. All orders, of any size, are subject to acceptance by the company; this acceptance may be denied at our discretion and without providing any reason. The quality and quantity of items, technical descriptions, dimensions, sizes, and other information provided on the product page are truthful and verified; however, please bear in mind that—due to the nature of digital images—colors and materials may appear slightly different from the original. GIANNI DEL PRETE reserves the right to modify or cancel any information at any time and without explanation.

Only users who are legally of age according to the laws of their country of origin may carry out operations through the portal. By registering on the portal, the user declares to be of legal age and accepts the following terms of use, in addition to taking responsibility for any information provided upon registration and for any subsequent purchases.

Shipping Times

Every Gianni Del Prete creation is born from the artisanal care of our production. For this reason, some items may not be immediately available in stock and will be made to order. In this case, shipping times are approximately 4-5 working days—the time necessary to offer you a product finished down to the smallest detail. If, however, the chosen model is already available, delivery will take place quickly within 24-48 hours.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is Free.

  • International shipping costs vary depending on the destination zone.

  • The shipping cost for minor Italian islands is €5.00.

Payment

Payment for purchases must be made according to the methods and times agreed upon with the company at the time of purchase confirmation. GIANNI DEL PRETE reserves the right to cancel and/or refund orders placed by the customer if deemed necessary and without providing any reason. The customer is free to choose from the payment methods made available by the company at checkout.

The company reserves the right to report to the competent authorities any improper use of electronic payment methods or other illicit or suspicious activities. Such activities will be reported to the authorities competent in international trade and to the local authorities involved. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

Warranties and Liability

We exclude all liability regarding the content of any websites linking, directly or indirectly, to the www.giannidelprete.it portal or to other company portals. All products sold on the portal comply with standard European regulations. Therefore, all products sold are accompanied by a European warranty, according to the rules indicated by it.

The company will do everything in its power to keep the site active and updated; however, it may happen that, for technical reasons, the portal is temporarily unavailable from time to time or not optimized for use on certain specific browsers. We cannot guarantee the absolute absence of technical or content errors; any portal malfunctions will not be legally actionable or attributable to us. GIANNI DEL PRETE will not accept any responsibility for any loss or deletion of personal data entered on the portal, even if caused by the company.

To request a refund, the product must be returned with its original tag and in optimal condition. Should you receive merchandise different from what you ordered, we will promptly refund and/or replace the item in question completely free of charge. However, any such errors must be promptly reported to our customer service before requesting any type of intervention. GIANNI DEL PRETE utilizes all its technology to make every transaction secure.

Exports

All goods sold outside of Italy may be subject to local taxes or different customs regulations. GIANNI DEL PRETE is not responsible for any customs duties applied by the receiving country. For any information regarding the potential presence of such obstacles, please contact the customs authorities of the destination country.

 

All products are accompanied by standard invoicing. A virtual copy of the invoice can be sent in advance upon request at the time of payment. Some products in the catalog may not be available in specific countries due to local limitations. GIANNI DEL PRETE reserves the right to deny the purchase of any product without any explanation.

Right of Withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 206 of 2005

You may cancel your order before shipping, but only in agreement with GIANNI DEL PRETE and following written communication. For details on this option, please contact our customer service. GIANNI DEL PRETE provides the ability to unsubscribe from the portal at any time and/or modify your personal information without needing to provide explanations. The user has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day the goods are delivered.

If any part of these Terms of Service (TOS) is deemed illegal by any local court of law, the remaining parts will continue to apply. The company cannot be held liable for any problems related to circumstances beyond its control. These Terms of Service (TOS) are governed by Italian law. Any dispute that cannot be otherwise resolved will be handled by the competent territorial jurisdiction.

Returns & Replacements

At Gianni Del Prete Calzature, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a simple and flexible return policy, designed to give you peace of mind and help you choose without worry.

Timeframe You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return or request a replacement.

Size, Color, or Model Exchange

  • Exchanging a size, color, or model is free.

  • We will send you the return label and ship the new size/model to you at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • If you prefer a refund, returning the item is always possible.

  • In this case, the return shipping cost is your responsibility and will be handled by deducting a fixed fee of €8.00 from your refund.

  • Alternatively, you can personally handle the shipping yourself at no additional cost from us.

Vouchers

  • As an alternative to a refund, you can choose store credit equal to the value of your purchase to be used on the site.

  • With this option, the return is free, and we will immediately send you a code that can be used for your future orders.

Return Shipping Methods You have two options:

  1. With our courier: We will send you the return label (subject to the conditions outlined above).

  2. With a courier of your choice: You can independently ship the package to our address:
